We partnered with Bcombs, a nonprofit CRM platform, to design and develop their full desktop-based product and public-facing website. Our work focused on creating an intuitive, scalable CRM system that empowers nonprofits to manage donor relationships, track engagement, and streamline operations efficiently. Through user research, UX/UI design, and iterative prototyping, we crafted a powerful yet user-friendly interface that simplifies data management and enhances workflow automation. Additionally, we designed a modern, accessible website that effectively communicates Bcombs’ mission and value, ensuring a seamless experience for both nonprofit organizations and their stakeholders.
